ITS A WONDERFUL LIFE!!!

Since this being my first , let me start with something thats really close to my heart.Movies.that might sound a bit frivolous for some but they have an integral hold on me,especially the old classic flicks from hollywoods golden era.Well, i do accept that they may seem anachronous to our times- where technology and graphic gimmickry have subverted the need to have a challenging script.So might be the values they exude, out of context in a modern day world where they are a mere synonym for illusion.

Movies like "its a wonderful life", "it happened one night" ,though utopian in content offer an escape from the sordid reality that we are being subjected to in our present times.They carry strong messages of the need for goodness in oneself and the power of reaching out to people in want.They carry an optimistic view of life unlike the cynical vision embarked on by its present day successors.

Its just a direct imagery of the legendary John Lennon's astounding single "Imagine". A world caught in a time warp with abounding goodness, amidst the terror and bloodshed that is hogging the headlines everyday.

So, i strongly recommend readers to go through the above movies and many more that exude happiness and make us realise that life is nothing but a funny , simple movie which you can never walk out alive.
